In Maison Croifé, we carefully source our coffee beans from independent farms all over the world. Once we receive the green beans, these go through initial quality checking for any defects, roast profile sampling,  and cupping before proceeding for bulk roasting.

We roast 100% of our coffee beans locally in Davao with our signature profile to ensure freshness in every delivery.
