Flavor Notes: Grapefruit, Blueberry, Papaya
Hamasho Station is situated in the Hamasho Kebele, also known as the village, and is part of the Bensa area in Sidama, Ethiopia. The limited production of this micro-lot emphasizes quality, allowing for the exclusive harvesting of red, ripe cherries. This also facilitates meticulous re-sorting and the allocation of skilled workers to the labor-intensive drying process. The coffee is naturally processed and offers a vibrant flavor profile featuring notes of grapefruit and blueberry, complemented by the creamy hints of papaya.
