It has gained reputation and stature because of its unique and differentiating flavor profiles. Guji coffees offer a complex, yet balanced, cup profile that does well in both filter and espresso.
DASAYA
Dasaya is a short form of Dawala Samayawi, which literally means purple bellflowers. The Dasaya aims to remind drinkers of purplish or bluish fruit such as grapes and blueberry, as well as purplish florals. Dasaya is sourced from an extremely high altitude of 1950-2100m. The raw coffee itself has low defect rates, and the roasted version promises excellent purplish aroma and notes.
G1
G1 means Grade 1. Ethiopian coffees are graded from 1 to 9. Grade 1-2 are considered specialty grades, Grade 3-9 are considered "commercial".

HEIRLOOM
“Heirloom” is a term traditionally applied as a catch-all to Ethiopian coffee varieties. It refers to one or more unknown varieties coming from the same lot. Natural or dry processed heirlooms can be funky and sweet with rich, fruity flavors.
